  1. Monitor network traffic, system performance, and configurations using industry tools
  2. Act as the first line of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  3. Coordinate with vendors and escalate unresolved issues per Syniverse protocols
  4. Maintain accurate shift logs, follow SOPs/WIs, and ensure smooth handovers
  5. Deliver top-notch customer service and act as a reliable point of contact for escalations
  6. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to maintain service quality
