Customer Service & Operations Credit Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers while supporting complex lending operations. 🔑 What You’ll Do

1. Respond to customer queries promptly and tactfully within SLAs.

2. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain an understanding of their needs.

3. Collaborate with Credit Delivery, Risk, and Relationship teams to execute complex lending structures.

4. Apply working knowledge of Risk-Free Rates (RFRs: SONIA, SOFR), including loan pricing, interest calculations, and fallback provisions.

5. Authorize and investigate transactions in line with KPIs.

6. Collect, analyze, and input customer/business information into core banking systems (LIQ).

7. Interpret complex loan agreements—extracting key details like interest conventions, repayment schedules, covenants, and fee structures.

8. Identify opportunities to automate or enhance processes to improve efficiency.

9. Support process training and knowledge-sharing within the team.
