🌟 About the Role

As a Project & Program Management I, you’ll be at the heart of our project execution—coordinating efforts from initiation to delivery, keeping projects on track, and ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in data center networking coordination, giving you the foundation to grow your project management career.

You’ll act as the connector—removing roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and making sure projects are delivered on time. Curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail will be your keys to success.

🔑 What You’ll Do

1. Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from start to finish

2. Partner with teams across planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment

3. Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure success

4. Use KPIs and metrics to measure progress, identify risks, and report performance

5. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

6. Support process improvements and smarter delivery practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

2. 0–2 years of relevant experience—perfect for ambitious beginners

3. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, documentation)

4. Ability to juggle multiple projects with keen attention to detail

5. Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation

6. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn

7. Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially around risk tracking

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Project Management certifications
2. Knowledge of change management
3. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other PM methodologies
